Customer Service Accounts Manager

  • Maintain a positive and cheerful personality
  • Maintain the sales floor, keeping it clean, safe, & attractive
  • Sell the features of the Rent 2 Own program
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Greet clients: determine needs & present products
  • Learn and apply prospecting techniques
  • Achieve established levels of revenue and collection rates
  • Manage paperwork & computer documentation associated with customer accounts
  • Perform professionally and persistently

Qualifications

  • Satisfactory work record
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school graduate/GED equivalent
  • Able to lift & maneuver appliances/furniture in safe manner
  • Reliable, dependable, and organized
  • Strong verbal communication & problem-solving skills
  • Pass a drug test & background check
  • Bi-lingual is a plus but not required
  • Must be legally able to work in the United States
