Customer Service Accounts Manager
- Maintain a positive and cheerful personality
- Maintain the sales floor, keeping it clean, safe, & attractive
- Sell the features of the Rent 2 Own program
- Manage customer accounts
- Greet clients: determine needs & present products
- Learn and apply prospecting techniques
- Achieve established levels of revenue and collection rates
- Manage paperwork & computer documentation associated with customer accounts
- Perform professionally and persistently
Qualifications
- Satisfactory work record
- Valid driver's license
- High school graduate/GED equivalent
- Able to lift & maneuver appliances/furniture in safe manner
- Reliable, dependable, and organized
- Strong verbal communication & problem-solving skills
- Pass a drug test & background check
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not required
- Must be legally able to work in the United States
